ok so Photoshop Cs 5 it’s weird it froze but all the tools on the left and the right look like they are intractable, (scrolling over gives an effect but clicking gives no affect) and can’t get no reaction from the Options on top so no file save there, as well as the quick keys (command save)

this has happened before i would left click on the Ps logo and close because the X would not respond, and what u know the “do you want to save” option pops up but you guessed it it was frozen as well

tried opening another file in ps and it opened with all of the problems of the fist one

and just recently it did it again so i tried to open firefox, and that too froze it would act like it was opening something but nothing would open, so im know typing this question on safari

and awfully depressed/annoyed that a good amount of work was lost

So the questions are why this happens, how to a stop it from happening, and when i happen how to solve it, or at least save the file?
